Rivanelo operates this online store. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rivanelo. Our store is hosted on Shopify. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on this website, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Using our store
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or have a parent or guardian’s permission where applicable. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. You may not use the store for illegal purposes, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malicious software, or interfere with its operation.
Products and information
Product descriptions identify what is included and any product-specific restrictions. Images and colors may vary by device. Availability can change. We may correct errors in prices, descriptions, or availability and will contact you if an accepted order is affected. We do not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Orders and payment

An order may be declined or cancelled for payment failure, stock problems, suspected fraud, or a delivery restriction. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the amount charged for the cancelled items. Payment methods depend on those offered at checkout.

Our Shipping policy applies to physical orders. Available destinations and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, recipients are responsible for import duties and taxes assessed locally. Some products cannot be imported into certain countries.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and refund policy describes the 365-day return request window, eligibility, exclusions, return shipping, and refunds. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over any conflicting store term.

By selecting it, you authorize recurring charges on that schedule until cancellation. Use the subscription management link supplied with your order or email support@rivanelo.com to cancel future renewals. Contact us before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation does not automatically refund orders already processed; the Return and refund policy and mandatory rights apply.

External services and websites may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content. Any responsibility we have for services used to fulfill your order remains subject to applicable law.
Intellectual property and submitted content
Our website content is protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Do not copy or commercially reuse it without permission.
