Order processing
Physical orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods or when an item is a preorder. Any product-specific dispatch information shown before purchase takes precedence.
International delivery
We accept orders for destinations supported by our checkout. Available products, delivery services, charges, and estimated arrival times depend on the destination and are shown at checkout. Some products cannot be delivered to every country because of supplier, carrier, or import restrictions.
Shipping charges and estimates
Shipping charges are displayed before you pay. Standard tracked shipping is typically estimated at 6–12 business days after dispatch when that service is offered; processing time is additional. Estimates are not guaranteed and customs, remote destinations, weather, or carrier delays may extend delivery.
Tracking and split shipments
We email tracking details when available. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. Items may arrive in separate shipments. Any additional shipping charge must be shown before purchase.
Customs and import charges
Unless checkout explicitly states that duties and import taxes are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed on import. Customs processing may delay delivery. Local restrictions may prevent particular products from being imported.
Delivery address and problems
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address. PO boxes, military addresses, and remote destinations are supported only where the selected carrier permits. Contact support@rivanelo.com promptly to correct an address; changes may not be possible after dispatch. For missing, damaged, or incorrect items, include your order number and relevant photos so we can investigate.
Digital products and subscriptions
Digital products do not require physical shipping. The product description explains how and when digital access or files are provided. Physical subscription renewals follow the shipping terms shown for the subscription; digital subscriptions use the stated access method.
