365-day return request window

You may request a return for your most recent order within 365 days of purchase. Email support@rivanelo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns must be approved before you send an item back.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used consumables, supplements, personal care products, hygiene-sensitive items, personalized items, and gift cards are excluded from discretionary returns. Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are also excluded, except where required by law or where the product is defective or not as described.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping unless we sent an incorrect or defective item. We provide the correct return address and instructions after approval. Do not send returns to a business address without approval.

Damage, defects, or missing items

Inspect your delivery and contact support@rivanelo.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos when applicable. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. This reporting window does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us.

Exchanges and cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges; request an eligible return and place a new order. Contact us promptly to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or dispatch. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund orders already processed.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not replace consumer rights that apply in your country, including applicable withdrawal periods and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Any stricter mandatory right takes precedence.
